English I students began the second unit today, a short overview of poetry. We began by reading “Because You Asked About the Line Between Prose and Poetry.” I intended to screenshot our annotations, but I forgot to do so before leaving school. We’ll add it tomorrow.

Engish 8 worked on delineating the claim, evidence, and reason of an argument before going to the media center for book check out.

• English I Honors: complete our annotations for pronoun antecedents in the poem (all seven of them).
