English I students finished up the sentence type work by adding compound-complex sentences into the mix. Afterward, students worked on their second Lord of the Flies writing assignment.

English 8 students finished their performances of The Diary of Anne Frank. We’ll have a test on the first act and then move on to the second act next week. Tomorrow, students will be working on their letters to next year’s students.
