English 8 students continued working on text structures focusing today on the compare/contrast structure.

We’ll be finishing up the short unit this week.

English 8 students began working on their culminating project, which is a game based on the Odyssey. We’ll be taking most of this week to plan and create the games.

  • work on text structure self-study project (as needed);
  • continue with No Red Ink work on parallel structure;
  • complete any work on the Odyssey project that your group agreed on accomplishing (including completing today’s epic hero work).
