Today students had the first part of the 2022 SC-Ready English test, which means the dreaded TDA. (On the bright side, kiddos, you won’t ever have to hear me say anything else about TDAs this entire year!)

It was an exhausting experience, but students were well-prepared and did fine.

Afterward, in English class, students who’d come with Chromebooks charged and behaved appropriately during testing (the vast majority of students) spent class time outside. (Who wants to do more English after having taken a three-hour exam?!)
