English 8 students used Moodle’s quiz module for the first time today to go through questions about yesterday’s passage from Nightjohn. We’ll be using this module throughout the year, so it’s important to master it at the beginning of the year.

English I Honors students did a second day of connotation work, looking at Theodore Roethke’s “My Papa’s Waltz.”

Afterward, all classes spent a little time in the library for checkout at the end of the period.
