All classes went to the library for orientation and some time to check out books.

After the library orientation, first and fifth periods finished up the Schaffer paragraphs from Friday and began thinking about the final unit project, which we will begin tomorrow.

Second and fourth periods began planning for the essay on tomorrow’s test. I will allow students to come to class with one page of notes for the essay questions, but it can only be a minimalistic outline, with no full sentences and ideas for the various components of the Schaffer model only. It should look something like what we created in class:
