English 8 finished reading The Diary of Anne Frank today and examined how the story arcs back to the opening scene.

While we have finished reading the actual text, we’ll be working on the play in various activities throughout most of the rest of the year.

English I students worked on their reading groups and presentations.

  • complete the reader’s journal as needed (on Classroom);
  • complete the Somebody Wanted But So as needed (on Classroom);
  • complete the Moodle comprehension questions as needed;
  • begin thinking about your letter to next year’s students major assignment (this Friday);
  • prepare for the Anne Frank test (Wednesday).

  • read Lord of the Flies as necessary;
