English I Honors began a three-day push through the final scenes of act three in Romeo and Juliet. Students are working in groups to cut the text by at least 30%, work that requires critical reading and discussion. We’ll continue cutting tomorrow then perform Wednesday.
English 8 Strategies students completed practice on Schaffer commentary by adding some commentary to their existing drafts on earthquakes’ effects. We’ll head back to the lab tomorrow to incorporate the new material into their drafts.
