First and sixth periods continued with the Friday PASS prep sessions. We looked at some student exemplars and analyzed them for the various grades they received. Then we took some time to evaluate those essays that we worked on the last two weeks.

Second and fourth periods completed Romeo + Juliet, with all expressing the usual strong reaction to the final scene.

Like it or love it, there’s no middle ground with how Luhrmann staged the final, second-most-famous scene in the entire play.

Seventh period created the beginnings of the rubric for the research project connected with Hatchet.
