First period continued work at the lab. They’re working on two related things: bias and persuasive techniques.

Second and sixth periods began the lesson on persuasive techniques. We’ll finish it up tomorrow.

Fourth period completed the lesson on Billy Collins’ “The Lanyard.” We also looked at thematically similar poems (about gifts) by William Carlos Williams and Pablo Neruda.
