In Poland, when I lived there 20 years ago, there were no such things as malls — at least, not as we in America think of them. Instead, they had (and still have in villages) pawilion handlowy — a goods pavilion.
This particular pawilion handlowy has the following signage:
- a hair stylist;
- a money changer;
- a book store;
- a surveyor’s office;
- a post office;
- an electronics store;
- a household goods store; and,
- a toy/memorabilia store.
And that’s just the big signs I can make out…
