English I Honors students began the final push toward the end of Romeo and Juliet. We’ll be looking at the concept of fate as it develops throughout the play, so today we defined fate using a collaborative learning engagement called Fish Bowl, which looks a lot like the Socratic Seminar but has different rolls and goals.

English 8 Strategies students turned to grammar as we are wont to do on Thursdays. We’ll be focusing on identifying and correcting sentence fragments for the next two or three Thursdays.
