First and fifth periods worked on their test review for tomorrow. There will be four topics:

  1. The Diary of Anne Frank
  2. Anne Frank vocabulary
  3. Inferring and observing
  4. Effective Reader’s Skills

Second and fourth periods began the Romeo and Juliet unit. It will be the longest, most challenging of the year, but the start was a painless look at Shakespeare, his times, and his use of language.

Homework
  • First and fifth periods: study for tomorrow’s test.
  • Second and fourth periods: sonnet due tomorrow.
