Students today presented their findings on the various characters they analyzed over the last couple of days. While it was not part of the plan, most of the groups that went covered Estella and Miss Havisham, although one group covered Herbert Pocket and another discussed Mrs. Joe.

We’ll continue the presentations Monday.

• English I Honors: 
  • complete comprehension questions for chapters 21-30;
  • prepare for the test on clauses and active/passive voice;
  • study for the AOW vocab quiz (27 May);
  • begin preparing for the “Letter to Next Year’s Students” assignment (28 May) by
    • looking at previous students’ letters again;
    • reviewing the rubric for the assignment.
