First and fourth periods completed the second of two Socratic Seminars about the conclusion of Romeo and Juliet. Coaches from  the last seminar became this seminar’s speakers, and we discussed the role of fate in the play, working to determine what fate is and what role it plays in Romeo’s and Juliet’s death.

Second and seventh periods continued working on their Holocaust hero work. We’ll be finishing these in class tomorrow, so any student who has completed only one of the three paragraphs will need to work on it for homework.
