Ahhh… a Polish deli. I spent a couple of weeks in Warsaw a few years ago. One thing I really missed when I came home was the wonderful breakfasts we enjoyed. They consisted of cold meats, wonderful cheeses, fresh whole grain breads and of course sliced tomatos, pickles and olive oil. MMMMMmmmmm
My wife is Polish — we eat that for breakfast every day!
I’m curious: what took you to Poland? And did you get to see any other cities? Warsaw is definitely not my favorite. I prefer Gdansk and Krakow.
I went to see a friend who was in Brest, Belarus. Warsaw was the easiest place for us to meet. It’s kind of a long story; I’ll send you an email.
